Product description

Organic potato flakes are recommended as an alternative to fresh potatoes for dishes such as potato dumplings, Silesian noodles, dumplings and dumplings. Also excellent as an addition to baked goods and for thickening soups

Preparation Method

In baked goods, add to flour at a ratio of 1 g to 10 g per 100 g of flour used, depending on the desired results.
To prepare mashed potatoes, add 100 g of flakes to 300-400 g of heated and salted water or milk at a maximum temperature of 80 °C. Stir quickly and let stand for 3 minutes, after which the puree is ready to serve.
