In addition, in their composition they contain organic acids including phenolic acids and flavonols, which have an antioxidant effect. They affect the purification of the body from free oxygen radicals, which affect the formation of cancer. Taste, aroma and color can vary depending on the varieties, sunshine and hydration of the fruit in a given batch.
