Red kidney beans BIO 500 g
Organic Kidney (kidney) beans are classified as legumes. The name of the bean comes from the kidney shape of the seeds. It is an excellent source of fiber and plant protein. It is recommended for soups and one-pot dishes such as chili con carne and as an ingredient in salads both hot and cold, and when blended into pastes and pates.
Pre-soaked at least 12 hours and rinsed beans should be cooked until tender in fresh, unsalted water for about 60 minutes. Salt the beans only at the end of cooking.
