Product description
Oolong tea, it is also called emerald, blue, turquoise, dragon or ulung tea. According to the Chinese classification, it is included in the blue tea group, according to the Polish classification, it is usually included in the red tea group. Its leaves are gently subjected to weak fermentation. Oolong tea is much less astringent in taste and gentler on the stomach, with sweet and even fruity notes. It is also characterized by a high content of tannins and vegetable tannins.
Contains only negligible amounts of caffeine.
HOW TO PREPARE
Oolong is brewed in a slightly smaller amount of water - 1 teaspoon per small cup of water - about 120-170ml. The optimal water temperature is 90*C. Strain the infusion from the leaves after about 1-5 minutes, depending on what intensity of tea you prefer.
