Organic red lentils are shelled brown lentils. Due to dehulling, red lentils are better absorbed by the body. Red lentils are prone to overcooking, so they are best suited as an addition to soups, one-pot dishes and savory snacks.

METHOD OF PREPARATION
cook previously rinsed lentils at a ratio of 1:2 (1 serving of lentils for 2 servings of water) approx. 25 min. Add salt at the end of cooking.
