DESCRIPTION
Organic roasted buckwheat groats are most often used as an ingredient in dinners in combination with vegetables or stews and as an addition to soups, one-pot dishes and pates.

METHOD OF PREPARATION
Groats do not need to be boiled, just pour boiling water in a ratio of 1:1 and keep covered for about 7 minutes.
