Rose petals in sugar of the Polska Róża brand have been obtained using a traditional method. Rose petals in sugar are made from carefully selected petals of the fold-leaf rose mixed with sugar and citric acid. Grated rose petals with sugar can be used as a filling for cakes, doughnuts, croissants and flavored cakes such as plum cake and apple cider. Rose petals in sugar will add distinctiveness to the cake, enhancing its aroma and flavor. No artificial additives such as preservatives and dyes have been added to the rose petals. Polska Róża is an entirely Polish brand with a long tradition.
