METHOD OF PREPARATION
Ingredients: 1 sachet of rye bread starter bio 30 g Biovegan, 700 g wheat flour, 300 g rye flour, 2 sachets of dried gluten-free yeast bio 9 g Biovegan, 2 teaspoons of salt, 750 ml of lukewarm water.
Thoroughly mix all dry ingredients. Add 750 ml of lukewarm water and knead for 5 minutes. Cover and set aside in a warm place for 60 minutes.
Then knead the dough again, cut in half and place in 2 greased bread pans for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (thermo) or 200 degrees Celsius (top down). Place the bread with a bowl of water in the oven and bake for 60 minutes. After baking, remove the bread and let it cool.
