Product description

METHOD OF PREPARATION: For rinsing: Pour 4 g of raw material (a full tablespoon) into a glass (200ml) of boiling water, steep covered for 1-15 minutes, strain. Use the warm infusion to rinse the mouth and throat.
For internal use, prepare an infusion of 2 g (teaspoon) per glass (200 ml) of boiling water.

RECOMMENDED USE
Drink 2-3 times a day
