Product description

Pour the rinsed seeds into a jar or spread them out on a germinator, then pour boiled lukewarm water over them for several hours. Pour off the water, cover the jar with gauze. Rinse the sprouts twice a day. Set in a warm, sunless place. After 5-7 days the sprouts are ready for consumption.
