Product description
Organic semolina (semolina) is obtained by milling refined common wheat grains. It contains gluten, which is its advantage in the preparation of puddings and legumin, or the popular thick semolina porridge with fruit. It is also excellent as an addition to soups, cakes, baked goods and casseroles.
Preparation Method
semolina porridge on milk: boil 1/2 l of milk, pour 3 tablespoons of semolina into the boiling milk. Boil for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
