METHOD OF PREPARATION: Cook at a ratio of 1 or 2 mounded tablespoons of semolina per 250 ml of MILK or water (depending on your preferred consistency). Measure 250 ml of MILK, pour some into a glass and mix with semolina. Boil the remaining MILK, pour in the solution with semolina stirring constantly so that no lumps are formed. Cook for 3-5 minutes until thickened. Serve the finished dish with syrup or fruit mousse.
