Sencha leaf green tea BIO 100 g - Ecoblik
INGREDIENTS
sencha tea* 100 % (*certified organic ingredient)
DESCRIPTION
Sencha tea is currently the most popular green tea in the world. Its name translated means stewed tea, which has to do with the way it is produced. The leaves are first subjected to a very short scalding and then dried with a stream of warm air. Hence, they are not ground, but only rolled into vertical rolls.
Sencha is a fine tea, with a very pleasant and delicate flavor and a pleasant, slightly grassy aroma. It tastes great both hot and cold - for refreshment.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Green teas, especially Japanese ones, require brewing at a lower temperature and for a shorter time. It is recommended to pour the leaves with water at a temperature of 65-70 degrees C and brew for no longer than 2 minutes.
After this time, the resulting green-yellow infusion should be strained.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in a dry place.
