Premium Rosa provides high quality products created from fruits and herbs for the sake of health. Raspberry syrup was made from juice directly squeezed from the fruit. Characteristic compounds found in raspberry juice are polyphenols among which the following predominate: ellagotannins and anthocyanins. In addition, in their composition they contain organic acids including phenolic acids and flavonols, which have an antioxidant effect. They affect the purification of the body from oxygen free radicals, which affect the formation of cancer. Taste, aroma and color may vary depending on the varieties, sunshine and hydration of the fruit in a given batch.
