Product description
Shoyu sauce is characterized by a slight alcoholic aftertaste - this is the result of the fermentation of PSU. Therefore, it is suitable for longer cooking, and is best added at the end of meal preparation so that the sauce does not lose its characteristic flavor. Shoyu goes well with pickles, in wok dishes, with rice, noodles, sushi, sashimi and stewed vegetables.
