Product description

Organic SOY granules are extrusion-processed defatted soy flour. It is characterized by a high content of protein and dietary fiber. It is an excellent meat substitute, so it can be used as an ingredient in stuffing for stuffed cabbage, dumplings, spaghetti sauce, soups, pastes or as a filling for vegetables.

Preparation method
Pour boiling water over the granulate and steep covered for a few minutes. When it swells, add herbs or spices. You can also roast it in a pan beforehand and only then use it for cooking.
