Product description
Organic spelt bran is formed during the process of milling spelt into spelt grits. The bran consists mainly of the outer, most valuable layer of the grain. Bran is an excellent source of fiber. They taste great with dairy products. They can be added to muesli, cereals, soups, salads and sauces. We also recommend using bran in home baked goods and flour dishes. We recommend that the bran be subjected to a short heat treatment before consumption.
