Organic ORKISZ flakes are obtained from crushed kernels of ORKISZ WHEAT. ORKISZ flakes are an excellent choice for daily breakfast. They taste best with yogurt, cereal drink and fruit.

Preparation method
Cook the cereal in a 1:2 ratio (1 serving of cereal to 2 servings of water or MILK) over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
