Product Description

Organic ORKISZ groats obtained from hulled ORKISZ grain. It has a mild taste, is extremely nutritious and gives a feeling of satiety for a long time. It is recommended as a base for a hot breakfast, lunch or dinner, sweet or salty, and for thickening soups and one-pot dishes.

METHOD OF PREPARATION
cook previously briefly soaked semolina in salted water at a ratio of 1:2 (1 serving of semolina per 2 servings of water) over low heat for about 25 minutes.
