Soy sauce by Eko gram is an organic product, characterized by BIO certification, which indicates that at least 95% of the ingredients that make up the final product were produced using organic methods. Traditional organic Tamari soy sauce, is one of the most important liquid condiments of Asian cuisine. Made exclusively from non-GMO, organically grown soybeans. Naturally gluten-free. No added artificial preservatives or colors. Created by natural fermentation of organic soybeans, water and salt. Before pressing, Tamari soy sauce, is stored in special barrels, for at least 6 months. Due to its deep flavor and aroma and long maturation time, Tamari organic soy sauce is classified as a dark sauce.

Directions for use
Bio Tamari soy sauce is recommended primarily for enhancing the flavor of stewed meat, soups, noodles and rice, wok dishes, stir-fried vegetables, numerous dressings or marinades. Excellent in combination with rice vinegar, ginger, garlic and pepper. Indispensable for cooking and marinating.
