Tapioca flour
Tapioca is a type of porridge made from starch (flour), which is extracted from cassava tubers. It is easily digestible and nutritious, gluten-free and hypoallergenic.
Method of preparation
Rinse the tapioca, soak it preferably in milk for about 20 minutes. Then cook in the same liquid until soft on very low heat, stirring all the time.
Application
Thickener for soups and sauces, ingredient for desserts, puddings, puddings, pancakes.
