Traditional Italian spicy gluten-free Taralli snack. A gluten-free diet involves the absolute elimination from food of products containing gluten in their composition. Gluten by nature is found in: wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt and triticale. Permissible amount of gluten in the product below 20 ppm = 0.02%, which must be confirmed by testing in an accredited laboratory.

Composition

Corn starch, rice starch, high oleic sunflower oil 15%, white wine, potato starch, rice flour, corn flour, dextrose, salt, extra virgin olive oil 1%, thickeners: guar gum, xanthan gum; raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.
