Each oil has naturally occurring antioxidants in it. Due to its fatty acid composition, thistle oil is widely used in nutritional prevention. Thistle is a rich source of antioxidants and flavonoligans (silymarin). Silymarin is appreciated primarily for its beneficial effects on the liver, including improving the regeneration of its cells. The oil mobilizes the body to produce bile, thus reducing the risk of gallstones. It is recommended in various diseases, e.g. viral hepatitis.

Directions for use
Use only cold, do not heat or fry food with it. It is recommended to consume the oil 3 times a day about 4-5 grams (1 less than a small teaspoon with food). Storage Thistle oil has health-promoting properties only when it is fresh and properly stored.
