Product Description
Tortellini Novelle are small ravioli made of egg pasta dough with cheese and tomato filling, which taste delicious both with Italian tomato sauce and cold becoming a great alternative to classic pasta in salads. Tortellini Novelle are made in Italy from the highest quality durum SPRINS, and eggs from barn hens. They contain no palm oil or preservatives. It is the natural ingredients that make Novelle tortellini so tasty. The product does not need to be kept in the refrigerator and cooks for about 14 minutes in salted water.
Directions for use
1. Boil water with salt at a ratio of 1.5 liters of water per 100 g of tortellini.
2. Into the boiling water drop the tortellini gradually, without stopping the boiling.
3. Cook for 14 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
4. Once the tortellini is cooked, drain and serve.
