Instruction manual:
- Place the diffuser on a horizontal surface and open the diffuser by pulling the top of the case
- Open the essential oil bottle and place it in the diffuser nozzle
- Screw the bottle into the diffuser nozzle
- Close the diffuser nozzle. Pay attention to the mounting direction and the metal contact
- Press the main button to start the intermittent mist mode
- The diffuser has a built-in lithium battery. When the battery is discharged, plug in the USB cable and insert the plug into an electrical outlet
- The warm yellow light at the bottom of the diffuser shows that the unit is charging
- Lights on: the unit is still charging
- Light off: the unit is fully charged
- Light flashes: the battery is almost empty
- One press starts the intermittent mode 10 sec ON, 30 sec OFF; two presses starts the intermittent mode 30 sec ON, 60 sec OFF; and three presses turns the unit off.
Warning:
It is forbidden to tilt or turn the atomizing head filled with essential oil to avoid the risk of leakage of essential oil
Cleaning the diffuser:
The diffuser should be cleaned every 5 to 6 hours of use or every 3 to 5 days. Always clean the device according to the following guidelines:
- Turn off the device and remove the top of the diffuser with the nozzle
- Remove the essential oil bottle from the diffuser nozzle
- Dilute a small amount of cleaning agent in warm water, then clean the device with a damp cloth
- If the nozzle tube is dirty, remove it and clean it thoroughly
- If you want to use another essential oil, clean the steam outlet first
- Always use a neutral cleaner
If the diffuser is knocked over during use:
- Turn off the unit and remove the top of the diffuser with the nozzle
- Remove the bottle of essential oil from the diffuser nozzle
- Dilute a small amount of cleaner in water and carefully wipe up any spilled or leaking essential oil with a damp cloth
- After cleaning the unit, place it in a safe place and let it dry naturally
Troubleshooting:
Problem: The diffuser does not emit vapor even though it is turned on
Possible cause: Check if the battery is charged
Solution: Plug in the adapter if necessary
Problem: The diffuser emits vapor, irregularly or incorrectly
Possible cause: Check if the vaporizer is properly attached
Solution: Hold your fingers over the vaporizer and check if air comes out
Problem: Diffuser emits steam, irregularly or incorrectly
Possible cause: Check if the tube is loose or blocked
Solution: Remove the tube, clean it and reconnect it
Problem: Essential oil is leaking
Possible cause: Check if the bottle is tightened properly
Solution: Remove excess oil from the bottle and screw it back into place
Problem: Essential oil leaks
Possible cause: Check that the diffuser is not upside down
Solution: Turn off the device and open the lid containing the bottle. Clean the nozzle, wipe the excess essential oil from the bottle and screw it back into place
CAUTION
- Never take the diffuser apart
- Do not overstretch the cable or push it
- Do not use the diffuser if the cable is damaged or the connection is loose
- Stop using the diffuser if it emits an abnormal smell or noise. It is possible that the device or the adapter is damaged
- Make sure the adapter does not come into contact with water
- Essential oils can cause discoloration. If they somehow accidentally spill, wipe them off immediately
- Do not direct vapors from the diffuser onto furniture, clothing, walls
- Do not place the diffuser in direct sunlight or near air conditioners and fans. Too high or too low a temperature can damage the device
- Always place the diffuser on a flat and stable surface. Never place it on loose textiles like carpets and pillows
- Do not place the diffuser on electrical appliances such as televisions or audio equipment
- Never cover the steam outlet
- If the diffuser has been used for a long time, it is recommended to turn it off
- Never touch the diffuser with wet hands
- Keep the diffuser out of the reach of small children
- After each use of the diffuser, remove the bottle containing the oil and clean the device, this will help prolong the life of the diffuser
- Do not turn on the device if there is no essential oil in the bottle
- The device does not automatically turn off when all the essential oil is used up. Do it manually
- Average fluctuations/differences in vapor diffusion are normal. The type of oil, as well as humidity, temperature and airflow in the room can affect the diffusion level
