Organic unshelled black sesame is characterized by a slightly nutty, sweet flavor. When roasted, it can be a tasty and interesting color addition to vegetable dishes, cereal creams and soups. It blends perfectly with meat and fish. SEZAM seeds should be ground immediately before consumption. Soaking SEZAM in advance improves its digestibility.
