Directions for use
Gluten-free waffles
Pour 500 g of Grano all-purpose mix into a bowl, add 2 flat teaspoons of baking powder, 4 egg yolks and 360 ml of milk. Mix thoroughly, then add the foam beaten from 4 egg whites. You can add sugar to the whites, as desired. Spread a portion of the batter on the waffle iron and bake until they are brown. You will bake about 8 waffles from the serving provided.
Gluten-free pancakes
Pour 500 g of Grano all-purpose mix into a bowl, add 2 whole eggs, 5 tablespoons of oil, a pinch of salt, 300 ml of milk and 300 ml of water (can be carbonated). Mix thoroughly. You can add sugar, as desired. Put a portion of the batter on a lightly oiled pan and fry on both sides until they are brown. You will bake about 12 pancakes from the given portion.
