DESCRIPTION
The white borscht was prepared on wheat sourdough. This makes it mildly sour, which is characteristic of this type of product. White borscht on sourdough is a traditional soup for Easter and any other occasion.
The product is unpasteurized in continuous fermentation. During opening it may become agitated.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Add the contents of the bottle to about 2 l of vegetable stock and boil. Serve with potatoes, white sausage and egg.
