Organic buckwheat groats krakowska is obtained from dehusked and chopped unroasted buckwheat grain. It has a mild and delicate taste. It is most often used as an addition to soups, one-pot dishes, pâtés, cutlets, bread pastes, as well as an ingredient in dinners combined with vegetables or stews.

Preparation method
cook semolina in salted water at a ratio of 1:2 (1 serving of semolina to two servings of water) over low heat for about 20 minutes.
