the vEGGs "Omelette" is a plant-based, 100% natural alternative to eggs that will make delicious vegan scrambled eggs, omelets, quiche, frittata and other egg-based dishes. Simply mix the vEGGs with water, pour them into a hot pan and cook a veggie dish, or add vegetables, put them in the oven and make a tasty casserole. Use vEGGs also as an ingredient in pancakes, sweet baked goods or dumpling dough. vEGGs are a must-have in every kitchen, not only for vegans and allergy sufferers - they have a long shelf life and you can conveniently store them in the cabinet.

Method of preparation:

Use as many vEGGs as the number of hen's eggs the recipe calls for.

Preparing one veggie egg:
Mix thoroughly 12 g of vEGGs powder (22 ml), 2 ½ tablespoons of water (37 ml / 37 g) and half a teaspoon of oil (2.5 ml). Use as you would a hen's egg.

vEGGecznica:
Prepare the mixture with any number of eggs. Pour the mixture into a heated, greased non-stick skillet. Fry for about 5 minutes, stirring gently, flipping and
spreading. Stir only occasionally.

Omlet, quiche, casseroles:
Adding milk or cream is not recommended.
