INGREDIENTS

DESCRIPTION
Dietary Supplement.
Cold-pressed oil from selected, high quality seeds of spotted thistle (Silybum marianum). In Poland, thistle is grown in the Lublin, Kuyavia and Greater Poland regions, among others.
It is characterized by a delicate smell and taste typical of thistle seeds, as well as a light straw color.
The oil is recommended to be used cold only.

RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION
One teaspoon (5 ml) three times a day, 30 minutes before or with a meal.
Recommended daily serving: 15 ml (three teaspoons).

NOTES
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
