Dietary Supplement. Organic vital fiber is a combination of psyllium seeds and oatmeal hulls in a ratio of 4:1. It helps in the proper functioning of the digestive tract. Fiber: vital is best consumed in the form of a drink, poured over water, milk or fruit juice. It can also be added to yogurt, bread or as a thickener for soups and sauces
RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION
Not more than 5 teaspoons per day (about 15 g - i.e. 1.5 of the included measuring cup), equivalent to 12 g of fiber. It is recommended to drink plenty of fluids while consuming the product. Special care should be taken when administering to children. Do not exceed the recommended portion to be consumed during the day. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
