Product description

Organic white beans Jaś is particularly well known as the main ingredient of the popular on Polish tables "bean po bretońsku". It is perfect for soups, one-pot dishes, pastes and pates, as well as salads. It is an excellent source of fiber and vegetable protein.

Preparation

Previously soaked for at least 12 hours and rinsed beans should be cooked until tender in fresh, unsalted water for about 60 minutes. Salt the beans only at the end of cooking.
