Product Description

Organic tea from yarrow herb. You can replace other daily drinks with it.

METHOD OF PREPARATION
Pour 1 teaspoon of the herb into a glass of water, heat for 20 minutes under a lid without letting it boil, or pour 1 teaspoon of the herb into a thermos, pour 1 glass of boiling water and let it sit for 20 minutes.

RECOMMENDED USE
decoction or infusion drink 1/4-1/2 cup 2-3 times a day or use for poultices and washings.
