Product description

Organic yellow lentils are characterized by a very delicate taste. It tends to break down after cooking, so it is perfect as an addition to soups or stews. It is also ideal in one-pot dishes. It can be used to make sandwich pastes or stuffing to fill dumplings, croquettes, pasties and even meat roasts.

Method of preparation

Cook previously rinsed lentils at a ratio of 1:2 (1 serving of lentils for 2 servings of water) for about 25 minutes. Add salt at the end of cooking.
