Organic barley grass, available in powdered form, is a valuable nutritional food obtained from young barley stalks. Barley grass is grown in an organic farming system on unpolluted farmland. The seeds are planted in autumn and within a few months of development assimilate the most valuable minerals from the fertile soil. Barley grass is a rich source of fiber and complete plant protein. It contains the natural green pigment chlorophyll.
RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION
5 to 10 g (1-2 teaspoons) per day. Barley grass can be used to prepare nutritious juice by pouring cool water or add the powder to fruit smoothies, vegetable juices, salads.
