What is a tortilla
The original tortilla is a Mexican corn cake with a diameter of 6 to 30 cm. Fried in a cast iron skillet, it tastes perfect with meat, beans, tomatoes, cilantro. It is crunchy and gluten-free. It can be the base of a dish or a delicious side dish.

What is a piadina
Piadina romagnola, or piada, is actually the name of an entire dish. It originated in the Emilia-Romagna region of northern Italy. It is a warm wheat pancake with a dry or sweet filling. The dish reigns supreme among Italian street food and is sold in special stalls - piadinerias.
Originally, piadas were baked on special plates placed over a fire. Nowadays they are fried in a pan or on a grill. The filling consists of tomato sauce, cheese, meat, greens or jam / chocolate.

According to the original Italian recipes, it should contain tomato sauce and mozzarella-style white cheese. It is worth enriching it with raw ham and arugula. It will go perfectly with a good olive oil.
- Mexican style
Of course, we can have fun with Mexican flavors, i.e. ground meat, chicken, beans, corn, hot peppers. The pancakes are suitable for burritos, as well as quesadillas and similar dishes.
- In Polish - in a fit version
